Shipping
Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $80.
- $6 flat-rate standard shipping on US orders under $80.
- Express (1–2 day) available at checkout for $15.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
International
We ship worldwide from our Montréal studio. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises when it arrives. Delivery is typically 6–12 business days depending on your country.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves the studio. Watch your inbox (and maybe your spam, just in case).
Returns & exchanges
Our promise
If it's not love, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange — returns are free within the US. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and dust bag.
A couple of exceptions
- For hygiene reasons, bralettes must be tried on over underwear and returned unworn with the liner intact.
- Final-sale items are marked clearly on the product page.
How to start a return
Email hi@bybellas.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Once we receive it, refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Something arrived damaged?
We're so sorry — that's not like us. Send a photo to hi@bybellas.com within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately, no return needed.
